- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the purchase date (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).
- Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not account for potential delays due to payment authorization or stock availability.
- Orders ship via USPS Ground unless an expedited shipping option is selected at checkout.
Made-to-Order Items
- Some pieces are made to order and require 1-2 weeks for production before shipping. These items are clearly noted in the product description.
- Orders with both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces will ship together once all items are available.
Shipping Delays
- Orders may experience delays during high-volume periods, such as online sales, restocks, or holidays.
- Customers will be notified if shipments are delayed beyond 5 business days.
- Kinita Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Yes! We ship internationally via USPS International. Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and fees ("Import Fees"), which are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused, the recipient is responsible for the original order cost, shipping fees, import charges, and return costs.
Kinita Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.
Kinita Jewelry is not liable for misdelivered, stolen, or lost packages once tracking shows confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided.
If your items arrive damaged, please email hello@kinitajewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so.
To initiate a return, please email hello@kinitajewelry.com with your order number and the name on the order.
- Products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Kinita Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
- Sale items may be returned unworn within 14 days of delivery, unless purchased at a discount of 30% or more, in which case they are final sale and non-refundable.
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Kinita Jewelry is not responsible for improper care or maintenance of jewelry. Please refer to our Product Care & FAQ for more details.
We accept returns on domestic orders within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds: A $10 return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed 7-10 days after we receive and inspect the return. Returns postmarked after 14 days will be issued as store credit.
- Store Credit: If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, the restocking fee will be waived, and the credit will be applied once the return is received and inspected.
- Exchanges: The restocking fee will also be waived for exchanges. You can shop for new pieces immediately, and your new item(s) will be shipped once your return is marked "In Transit" back to us.
We accept international returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any reverse duties or taxes.

- We highly recommend insuring your package and providing tracking details to our team once shipped.
- Refunds will be processed 7-10 days after the return is received and inspected

- Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
Tarnishing over time is not considered a defect and does not qualify for returns or exchanges.
