Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, when shopping at Kinita Jewelry your information is safe. We process payments through Shopify Payments System which allow us to provide a very secure checkout process. Other forms of secure payment are available at checkout.

When will you ship my order?

 We process and ship your orders from Miami, FL. Please allow 2-3 business for our team to process your order once your payment has been posted. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we ship your order with your tracking information.


When will I receive my order?

 ** Free domestic shipping: 5-8 business days from the shipping date.

** Shipping upgrades: times vary, please check at checkout for delivery estimates

*All carrier delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. 
 

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?

Please, contact us as soon as possible care@kinitajewelry.com with your name, order number and updated shipping address. If you’re order has not been shipped yet, we will gladly update your shipping information.

**If you’re order has been shipped, we won’t be able to change it and we are not responsible for any lost package due to incorrect address input by the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, unfortunately we are not able to cancel it. Once you receive your order, you can return it within the corresponded time frame according to our policy.

How do I contact customer service?

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

Sometimes shipping companies marks packages as delivered before it makes it to your doorstep, please allow an additional one to two business days for delivery. If you still have not received it, then please email us at care@kinitajewelry.com

Can I return my order?

Eligible orders can be returned whiting 30 days from order date. For more information and instructions about the return process, please visit shipping and returns section.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, due all the shipping’s delays caused by the Pandemic, we are only sending international packages to the following countries:
